These terms and conditions govern the relationship between PHP19 and users (“you”, “your”) accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services.
2. Services Overview

PHP19 offers a variety of PHP-based products, including scripts, plugins, and themes, which are made available for purchase or free download (open-source projects). All products come with appropriate licensing, and users must agree to the terms set by PHP19 or third-party platforms, as applicable. - Service Offerings:
Our services include:
◦ Script installation and deployment.
◦ Customization and modification of PHP-based projects.
◦ Ongoing technical support for PHP scripts and web applications.
◦ Consulting and development for custom solutions based on PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, etc.). - Third-Party Platforms:
PHP19 provides professional services for scripts sourced from third-party platforms like Codecanyon, ThemeForest, and others. However, PHP19 does not resell or distribute these scripts. Customers are responsible for purchasing valid licenses directly from these platforms. - Educational Content:
PHP19 offers educational resources through blog posts, tutorials, and YouTube videos designed to help developers learn PHP development and related skills.
3. Licensing and Ownership
- Products and Ownership:
Any PHP script, software, or product purchased from or through PHP19 remains the intellectual property of the respective authors or platforms (e.g., Codecanyon, Themeforest). PHP19 does not claim ownership over these products but provides services to enhance and support their usage. - Usage Rights:
Users are required to adhere to the licensing agreements of any third-party product they purchase. This includes restrictions on redistribution, resale, and commercial use as outlined by the original platform (e.g., Codecanyon, ThemeForest). - Extended Licenses:
For customers purchasing an Extended License from third-party platforms, PHP19 will provide installation and customization services in compliance with the specific license terms. Users must understand the scope of Extended Licenses, which generally do not permit unlimited installations across multiple projects unless explicitly stated.
4. No Resale Policy
PHP19 does not sell or resell any PHP scripts or software products sourced from third-party marketplaces. We encourage our customers to purchase products directly from reputable platforms, ensuring full compliance with licensing and copyright regulations. Our services strictly involve installation, customization, and support for legally acquired copies of software.
5. Disclaimer of Affiliation
PHP19 is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with third-party platforms such as Codecanyon, ThemeForest, or their authors. Any services we offer related to third-party scripts are independent of the original author or platform, and all rights to the original product remain with the creator.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Valid Licenses:
Clients must ensure they hold valid, legally obtained licenses for any PHP scripts or products they wish PHP19 to work with. PHP19 reserves the right to refuse service for any script or software that has been illegally obtained or that violates licensing agreements. - Content Ownership:
Clients retain ownership of their data, content, and the PHP scripts they provide PHP19 to work on. PHP19 will not claim ownership over your data or projects unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. - Clear Communication:
Clients are responsible for providing clear and detailed instructions for customization and technical support services. PHP19 will not be held responsible for errors or omissions resulting from unclear or incomplete client instructions.
7. Payments and Refund Policy
- Payments:
All services, products, and subscriptions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. PHP19 accepts payment via secure payment gateways provided on our platform. - Refunds:
Refunds for products or services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be provided if there is a clear failure on PHP19’s part to deliver the agreed-upon service or product. Refunds for third-party products (Codecanyon, Themeforest, etc.) must be requested directly from the respective platform and are subject to their policies.
8. Intellectual Property
- PHP19 Branding:
The PHP19 name, logo, and branding materials are the intellectual property of PHP19. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or representation of PHP19’s branding is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. - Client Projects:
Any custom code or solution developed by PHP19 for a client remains the intellectual property of the client. However, PHP19 reserves the right to showcase non-proprietary aspects of projects (without confidential details) in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed.

- No Guarantee:
PHP19 does not guarantee that any product, script, or software will be error-free or function flawlessly across all platforms or systems. While we strive to deliver the best possible service, unforeseen issues may arise. - Liability Limitations:
