PHP19 – Disclaimer
Effective Date: 28 September 2024
The services provided by PHP19 (“we”, “our”, or “us”) are offered exclusively under a freelancing model. This disclaimer governs your use of our website (https://php19.com), services, and associated content (e.g., YouTube videos, blog posts, tutorials, social media content).
1. Freelancing Service Model
All services offered by PHP19, including installation, customization, modification, and technical support for PHP scripts, are provided on a freelancing basis. We operate independently and are not a formal reseller, distributor, or affiliate of any third-party platforms or script providers such as Codecanyon, ThemeForest, or many others.
2. No Resale of Third-Party Products
PHP19 does not resell or distribute any third-party products (e.g., PHP scripts, plugins, or themes). We strictly provide freelancing services to assist with the installation, customization, and support of scripts that clients have legally purchased from third-party platforms. All licenses and rights to these products remain with the original authors or vendors.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid licenses for any third-party scripts or software they request PHP19 to work on. Clients may either purchase these licenses directly or allow PHP19 to purchase them on their behalf under a service fee agreement. PHP19 does not take responsibility for verifying client-owned licenses. We strongly encourage clients to comply with the licensing terms of the platform from which they purchase the script.
4. Platform Independence
PHP19 offers freelancing services for PHP scripts sourced from multiple third-party platforms, including but not limited to Codecanyon, ThemeForest, and similar sites. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms or their authors. Any references to third-party platforms or their products are made solely to describe the services we provide.
5. Services Provided
Under our freelancing model, PHP19 offers:
- Installation Services: Setting up PHP scripts on client-hosted servers.
- Customization and Modification: Making requested changes to the design, code, or functionality of PHP scripts.
- Technical Support: Providing guidance, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs related to the PHP scripts.
- Consultation: Advising on the best PHP scripts, frameworks, or platforms based on the client’s needs.
Please note that our services are limited to legally purchased scripts, and PHP19 does not distribute, clone, or resell third-party products.
6. Licensing and Usage
PHP19 provides its freelancing services based on the licenses held by clients. Clients must ensure compliance with the terms of the licenses they purchase, including limitations on the number of installations, commercial use, and modification rights. Extended Licenses, where applicable, may allow broader usage, but clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
PHP19 makes no guarantees regarding the functionality or quality of any third-party scripts or products. Our services are provided based on client instructions, and PHP19 will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or performance issues arising from third-party products. Clients are encouraged to contact the original authors or platforms for any script-specific issues unrelated to PHP19’s services.

The content provided by PHP19 via blog posts, YouTube tutorials, and educational resources is for informational purposes only. This content should not be taken as legal or professional advice, and PHP19 does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
